US Open Schedule

The US Open is back, and the 2025 edition of tennis’ final Grand Slam begins this weekend at Flushing Meadows. With the women’s final Saturday and men’s on Sunday, fans can expect to see some of the sport’s biggest names play in New York over the next 15 days.

With a revamped mixed doubles competition now held over two days and taking place before the singles action, there are a number of intriguing matches to keep an eye on this week at Arthur Ashe Stadium and around the grounds.

On the women’s side, defending champion Aryna Sabalenka will look to add to her impressive run of form that has seen her win three of her last four major titles. She faces a strong field including No. 2 seed Carla Suarez Navarro and rising American Taylor Fritz.

In the men’s tournament, world No. 1 Novak Djokovic will hope to add another US Open title to his collection of 24 grand slam crowns, but will face tough opposition from home hopes Ben Shelton and Jack Draper.

As well as the main draw matches at the Billie Jean King National Tennis Center, the US Open also has a series of qualifying matches that will feature British players including Emma Raducanu, Katie Boulter, Sonay Kartal and Cameron Norrie. The latter will start his quest to reach the US Open main draw with a match against yet-to-be determined qualifier on Friday.
